Genesis 1:1 In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.

“In the beginning”-reshith=First

“The heavens and the earth”- a merism that denotes “everything. i.e.

First God created everything.

Genesis 1:2
The earth was without form, and void; and darkness on the face of the deep.
And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters.

Nothing was made without the firstborn.

3
Then God said, “Let there be light”; and there was light.

All creation can now come into existence, through the only begotten Son of God,
the manifestation of God as Light, who was formed in the Father’s bosom,
from the same substance of the Father, and in which all the Godhead exists.

1 John 1:5 This is the message which we have heard from Him and declare to you,
that God is light and in Him there is no darkness at all.

John 1:3
All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made, that was made.

18 No one has seen God at any time. The only begotten Son,
who is in the bosom of the Father, He has declared Him.

Colossians 1:15 He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation.

Then He proceeded to make everything by His Logos=His own intent and purpose.

John 1:4
In Him was life, and Life that is the light of men.

Creation First, made or manifested by I Am.

John 8:12
Then Jesus spoke to them again, saying, “I am the light of the world.
He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life.”

Where does creativity take place? We are informed of this, and also learn a significant lesson in what it means
that man was “created in God’s image”, when we learn of the corruption of sin.

Genesis 6:5 Then the Lord saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every intent
of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.

Before even setting his hands to work, man’s actions were already corrupted in His imagination.
His God given creativity was defiled.

Matthew 5:28 But I say to you that whoever looks at a woman to lust for her has already
committed adultery with her in his heart.

Creativity is the work of the imagination of the heart, which man quickly corrupted.
Therefore before anything was made, that was made, all first existed in the creative
imagination (mind) of elohim.

Genesis 2:3 Then God blessed the seventh day and sanctified it, because in it He rested
from all His work which God had created and made. bara asa

1 Corinthians 2:16
For “who has known the mind of the Lord that he may instruct Him?”
But we have the mind of Christ.

Hebrews 11:3
Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God,
so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.

Rom 1 states that what is made is such a direct work of God - that His invisible attributes are "clearly seen" in the things "that have been made" by Him.

Rom 1:18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of people who suppress the truth in unrighteousness, 19 because that which is known about God is evident within them; for God made it evident to them. 20 For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes, that is, His eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly perceived, being understood by what has been made, so that they are without excuse.

The text says that even pagans with no Bible at all - can look at nature and see the attributes of God so explicitly that they are "without excuse"
