as a reader, it was fuzzy, I think I know.

The original intent was to get at the essence of a lot of these arguments which boil down to creation can't disprove evolution and evolution can't disprove creation.

because evolution is a mechanism of creation. so the comparison between them is inappropriate.

But if you take my facts with my reasoning and logic, you can disprove evolution. But if you take E's facts and reasoning and logic then you can disprove the creation story.

only you haven't managed to disprove evolution yet, and again, you are equivocating creation with creationism.

Here's what I would like to see, a literal interpretation of the Bible disproving creation. If you can do that then you would have my vote. I'll admit there has been some interesting arguments and evidence presented. But one of the most important that no one has answered yet was posted on this thread....

According to evolution and abiogenesis there had to have been death before even an allegorical Adam. Well, there wasn't any. So what do you say about that?

Genesis 2:17,

It's clear here that without this, Adam would have never died. Since Adam was God's first iteration of man, that would make no death prior to Adam.

Genesis 3:19

Clear that there is now a beginning and an end for Adam and Eve.

Think logically here, Adam and Eve were human beings, just like you and me. From all the countless people who have died, did they die "spiritually"? Can you prove it? If we are spiritual, that we can somehow live on, then death is no longer death, its a semi-living state of existence. I can prove death is death and you can see it for yourself. Go to a morgue and pull out a corpse and poke the body. Then, after you spend who knows how long doing that, come back with evidence that the person revived.

Death is death, therefore, Adam and Eve died.

Because Adam kept on living it certainly was not physical.

So now it's about proof? Then we first have to "proof" that they exsisted. Go on. Do your best. I'd also settle for proof of a big garden like structure or something similar like that.
