I have used it before, and found the results to be okay. You get that pumped feeling longer and thanks to water retention, I looked a little bigger. Plus, I think I was able to lift more, but that might be because I always felt pumped - so more of a mental boast then physical.

The issue with creatine, or any supplement like it, is once you are off it, all the benefits go away. So you need to stay on a cycle of it.

By all means the reason I suggested idoine is because many places in the world seem to have a deficiency of it in the soil and thus their food is also deficient in it. I agree with your statement and any change that someone makes to their diet needs to be sustainable otherwise once they stop it there will be a decline in performance.

Problem w/test uppers (even naturally) is that even if you up your test and get results, you're stuck taking the supplement if you want to keep the results.

This is only true in the sense of muscle growth. However, if you do take a testosterone enhancer for a period of time, and within that period of time you experience larger bone growth, you can keep that permanently. As your bones get bigger, your muscles automatically get bigger. What really limits someone on muscle size, is their bone size. Testosterone boosters can give you a lift with bone density.

The only thing that gives you permanent muscle growth - assuming later you don't experience muscle wasting, is GH.

the diff between creatines and NO supplements are the delivery systems.....the big thing about NO2 and the reason why it was so good is that is had phylex 9 delivery.....it got into your muscles quick and stayed there all day.......and CE2 had a delivery system that got to your muscles quickly so there was no loading phase......if your looking for a good creatine supplement go w/ ANAVOL...its got some creatine AKG i believe plus its got 5(i think) grams of glutamine plus a lil bit of citrulline, and i believe citrulline is another thing that helps with NO. i tried ANAVOL when they sent us a couple bottles to try and had great results.

if you take creatine for over a couple months your peeing your money away....your body has a creatine threshold and can only absorb so much creatine. a good way to naturally boost the levels of creatine your liver makes is to have a balanced diet and train hard. once your body is in an anabolic state your liver produces more creatine to support it. my friend and his workout partner both went on a 2 month training cycle w/ creatine. my friend's partner had amazing gains w/ creatine, but my friend didn't have any change or boost. they were both training the same, the only diff is that my friend was on a good diet and his partner wasnt, so his body has already reached the creatine threshold while his partner didnt.

but basically, Arginine is the main thing in any NO formula....and its the same thing or same idea thats in viagra or enzyte or anything like that....the more blood you get to that part of the body, the better the performance. u can get a bottle of L-Arginine pretty cheap instead of paying $80 for NO2 or $80 for NANOx9.

NOx-CG3 is only a good choice cuz it combines 3 diff forms of supplements...its got 3 forms of arginine, 3 forms of creatine, and 3 forms of glutamine....u could probly get 3 diff ones for much cheaper. @ my store as well as other stores in the area its $70 for a small tin and like $135 or so for a big thing....by all means, come and buy some tho, cuz xyience=high commission.
