COVID with a Crown of Thorns?

Watching a video on YouTube and an ad came on real quick, like only a couple of seconds and it showed a crown of thorns turning around and I noticed at the top left the word COVID. It was so brief and I didn't grasp any other information but has anyone seen this and what do you think it means?

Yes, I forgot Corona means Crown.
