Romans 2

Is the Covenant of Works in effect today?

Of course, you work you get rewarded. Even the Government enforces that. We are not slaves to where we do not receive anything for the work that we do.

What if a person was never told of Jesus - never heard of the gospel of grace?

That person does not exist. Missionary jim elliot gave his life because he heard there was someone that had never heard the gospel and he went to the very ends of the world to preach to everyone
