Covenant

No covenants today...we are under the Dispensation of the GRACE of God. Gods covenant people have been set ASIDE , along with their program.

Yet there are provisions in the Abrahamic, Davidic, Land and New which have yet to be fulfilled. Are you then suggesting that there are no covenants anymore? What are you suggesting in regards to these unfullfilled covenants?

So what happened to the covenants that God made and said they were everlasting?

Many of the provisions in these eternal covenants have yet to be fulfilled, and they will be fulfilled to those to whom God had promiced them.

Not true. In fact, God's covenants and promises are fulfilled in Chirst. The Abrahamic covenant was spoken to Christ. Gal 3:16. So, were all other covenants and promises. 2 Corinthians 1:20

Some have been fulfilled, yet not all. The eternal decendant of David sitting on the throne of David has yet to be fulfilled.

To deny's Christ's covenantal promises and fulfillment is to deny Christ's work on the cross. This is not a mystery unforeseen in past ages, in fact the dying and suffering messiah was prophesied by a myriad old testament prophets.

You make the Cross of none effect by minding EARTHLY things.

Philippians 3:18 (For many walk, of whom I have told you often, and now tell you even weeping, that they are the enemies of the cross of Christ:

Philippians 3:19 Whose end is destruction, whose God is their belly, and whose glory is in their shame, who mind earthly things.)

I know this wasn't intended for me but let me make a comment...

These "earthly things" encompass about 25% of what we know as Scripture. These "earthly things" give witness to the unfailing nature of God who made and keeps His promices. These "earthly things" tell of the comming of Messiah and His glorious reign upon the earth. These "earthly things" tell of the destruction of this world's system and the overthrow of satan.

Now you have not come right out and said it, but it really seems as if you don't find any value in any part of the scripture which cannot trace its authorship to Paul, is that a correct assessment of your views? (I really hope not) I pray that you will celar this up for us.

All scripture is for our learning, but minding EARTHLY THINGS, as if God gave us NO NEW REVELATION...which He did, and called it the MYSTERY....is to make the Cross of none effect.

Those who mind the earthly promises made to Israel are bringing upon themselves destruction...this word in the greek doesnt mean annihilation, but to make a WASTE of ones purpose. They waste their lives, being saved persons who believe in His death, burial and resurrection but who place themselves under the promises and program given to Israel, instead of clinging to the MYSTERY information revealed to THEIR apostle, specifically for THEM.

We will be rewarded according to how we handled the information PAUL received from the RISEN LORD OF GLORY...NOT the words of the earthly Christ, that were directed TO and ABOUT the nation Israel.

See why its so important to know what program God is IN today? To promote a gospel of a different kind, and a Jesus of a different kind, is to bring a curse upon oneself, or so the scripture says.

We are to keep our focus on the heavenly, where we will be reigning and ruling with HIM.
