Where can one get free counselling?

Check with your church or other local churches. Some may offer counseling and/or be able to refer you to a free resource.

You can contact the staff here at Christian Forums. If you look through the various forum topics, you will see the staff listed near the end. I do not know how much they can help, but it might be worth a try.

First, Kudos! on wanting to accept help to address your problems. That's a big step. Second, you can try this website to hopefully connect to a counselor. Prayers that you connect to someone who can give you the help you desire.
