It would not be that bad. We agree far more then we disagree.Reunification with Orthodoxy? Yeah sure.
We just have to burn our catechism and we`ll all be friends.
Easy peasy...

Yeah , I mean it can only be seen as a good thing. I'm excited. Now if we could do only do the same with the Orthodox.
That would be awesome. It is we who come to them with open arms
Yes we need them to help us heal mother church. I have a feeling this is only the begining.
Lets call this what it truely is, its a miracle from a loving wise and all powerful God. Praise to his holy name and he has done this for our mother our ever loving a wonderful mother our lady who has tirelessly interceeded for the church truely she is blessed among women.
We have had so many "down" days recently. The lows are low but the highs, oh the highs. I feel like i am witnessing something momentus... i feel like i want to grab bishop felay and pope francis and do an irish jig around st peters basilica... i wish we all lived near by i would hold a street party for us on the day it all happens.
I suspect the intercession of the prayers of Saint John Paul the Great likely softened some hearts in the SSPX and convinced them to finally abandon their previous, obviously errant and unacceptable all-or-nothing position.
Not error. Disobedience. What about them is error?I suspect the intercession of the prayers of Saint John Paul the Great likely softened some hearts in the SSPX and convinced them to finally abandon their previous, obviously errant and unacceptable all-or-nothing position.

Everyone should be happy, this is encouraging news. I am holding my breath a bit though, as the letter was not exactly representing the SSPX as I understand it. Still, it absolutely is reason for hope!
As you said earlier in this very therad, the road is still long and battles are to be fought...
Lets say a Hail Mary together people.
Hail Mary, full of grace, the lord is with thee, blessed art thou amongst women and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, mother of God, pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death.
Amen.
