For the past 4 years, I have been making myself throw up. I have always been what people would call fat. I have always been bullied, lately, I have went days without eating. Ever time I eat, I have to make myself throw up. I am 5foot 1 and weigh 75 pounds. Is that too skinny? Everytime I look in the mirror, all I see is fat. What should I do?

The General Mental Health Forum is now a Read Only Forum. CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

You should go and talk to your dr. right away. Tell him/her what you said here, and be honest.
In the meantime, make sure you drink plenty of water - juice is good too. You can easily get dehydrated, and that will make you sick.

you're really underweight, you can use BMI calculators on the internet, try using google search for one, and enter your height and weight, that will tell you what I just have. please, go to fsee your doctor as soon as possible, if not for yourself, then for your friends, and God, if you keep going this way, you will seriously damage your health, trust me on that one, I have been there and done that, and unfortunately, am getting back there, please, go and deal with it now, before it gets too much for you to ever handle, this way you have professional help and guidance along the way, I never did, but, I had my friends, if it weren't for them, I probably wouldn't be here, you really do need to see someone. Hun, only your doctor can diagnose you with an ED. But at 5' 1" and 75 lbs, you're very underweight. Also, with your behaviors, I would definetly talk to your doctor right away. Please also know, YOU ARE NOT FAT!!! At all. Don't let Ana tell you that. Good luck sweetie.

Real beauty lies within, our body is just a mask for our soul. The real beauty is what's in the inside. God and Christ don't care about how you look on the outside, They deeply care about what's on the inside of you. And who cares what other people think, are the greater than our God? Their words may hurt, but God will heal us of the past if we ask Him to.
I hope you will find comfort in Jesus' words. They are the truth and the truth is what you should believe in, not what other people say or what you think. I hope that you will always pray for yourself and for others. Prayer always works! But becareful for what you pray for, because it is going to come true.
