CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I love making cosplay! 
It's so much fun!
I haven't been able to make one for myself yet, because I haven't found a female character I like who's wearing enough clothes. *sigh*
I make/help my husband with his cosplays though. He's been Sven Vollfied from Black Cat and trench coat Adam Jensen from Deus Ex: Human Revolution.
Finding the correct blue color for Sven's shirt and hat band were kind of a pain, but we're ridiculously detailed like that. Adam's glasses were both a challenge and fun to figure out. Also, gold sunglasses lenses are not as common as I thought...took forever to find the right shade of gold, and then we bought a few pair just in case.
We're working on Red Engineer from Team Fortress 2, as well as Phoenix Wright and Apollo Justice from the Phoenix Wright games. I may try and do a Trucy Wright cosplay to go with his Apollo Justice.
