Corrupt - A - Wish

Don't know if this has ever been posted on here or not but I haven't seen one so I decided to make one.

This is how it works, upon replying, you grant the previous person's wish, but you add a detail to it to make it completely redundant. And then you make your own wish, and so on...

Example:

"I wish I had the best tasting food in the universe"

"Granted, however you find out you have an allergic reaction to said food and therefore cannot eat it. I wish I had a taco."

"Granted, but the taco is four years expired and smells like a dump. I wish I had a new guitar."

"Granted. But it's the size of a whale, rendering it useles..."

You get the point.

I'll start off.

I wish Pluto was still a planet.

Granted, but Saturn is now no longer a planet.
I wish for a new non trashy, or broken car. =]

Granted. Hot Wheels makes plenty of non-trashy cars...I used to play with them all the time, They're quite enjoyable.

I wish for the light in my ceiling to STOP GOING OUT!!!

Granted, but now it shines so bright you will instantly go blind if you look at it.

I wish it wasn't so hot around here.

Granted, it's now -200 F outside of your house. Break out the parkas!

I wish the power company here knew what they were doing.

Granted, but now they have formulated a plan to "accidentally" cut the power for your house every time your favorite TV show comes on.

I wish I won a million dollars.

Granted, however the government finds out that you did not legally obtain this money and you get busted.

I wish I could tell my mice apart

Granted, but it must be locked in order to keep it sanitary and you may never enter the area.


I wish I had more compassion for people.

Granted, but your compassion keeps you so busy being a blessing to others that you get exhausted and somebody who has seen your kindness sends you to Hawaii for rest and relaxation and while you are away everybody misses you. (sorry that's the best I can do at corrupting such a great wish )

I wish my tomato plants weren't dying.

Granted

Unfortunately plants are growing so tall & bearing so much fruit (and drawing so many birds) that you have to pick them by climbing a ladder and wearing protective clothing 4 times a day.



I wish I had a more forgiving heart!

I wish for a huge crowd of teenagers at our back to school event.
