Cooking Shows and Summer

Is it me or do all the fun cooking shows always come on in the summer? I love Hell's Kitchen and Take Home Chef, even though they have totally different vibes... Hell's Kitchen is where the chef is really tough on the people and its sometimes hard to watch because he's such a grouch. Take Home Chef is great because the chef is very cute and offers to cook for you in your house and teaches you all sorts of tricks.

Does anyone else watch these shows?

Hells Kitchen is very entertaining. It's one of the only shows I watch anymore. A friend of mine had an ex-boss who was trained under Chef Ramsey and he said that he's worse than he is on tv. haha

WOW! I really like Hell's Kitchen, though I know I could never work in that environment....

Maddie's Dad, I would tell you to check out Take Home Chef...Chef Curtis makes a lot of fresh meals that look reasonably healthy... a lot better than most chefs and he uses a lot of fish and vegetables, the staples of a good diet!

We got rid of our TV channels, and use DVD's soley.

Take Home Chef is on TLC every day at 5 and 5:30, as well as on Friday nights at 8pm...Def check it out if you get the chance!

I haven't watched Hell's Kitchen but it definitely looks interesting. I love Rachael Ray. I've been watching her for years.

Hell's kitchen is very good..it's about the only " reality " show that I watch faithfully. For just a straight cooking show, I very much like Paula Dean....
