Holy Lord Jesus, our Teacher and our Friend. Thank you for the life of Claire of Assisi, who we celebrate today, August 11th. Thank you for the lives of all your beloved, who are our family, who show us that it is possible to swim against the strong tide of society, and live upright and holy lives! Praise be Your Holy Name forever!

Bind us together in your Love Lord Jesus. Make us holy, as You are Holy.

Lord change the hearts of those driven by hate and murder, whoever they are...change their hearts Lord and let them see the Prince of Peace...let them be given repentance unto life in Jesus Christ.

Turn us back to You Lord...many who have left the path of life...humble our hearts and turn us back to the Living God...

Lord I want to thank You for Israel today...I want to thank You for Your everlasting love that You bear for Your people. Lord thank You for Your faithfulness to them...thank You for the example we have for our own lives as we read how You loved and cared for Israel...fulfilling every word You spoke to them.

Lord much remains for them...for them to fully and completely be restored...Lord I pray for the peace of Jerusalem today...for You to remember Your mercies to them...for You to remember their fathers and Your promises to them...let the veil be lifted dear Lord and let them see their Messiah and God...let them see Your Christ as He truly is...thank You Lord...
