CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I pray that you will help someone I care about a lot to not be brought down right now. Dear God, please help Him to be happy. If there was anything I could do right now, I would, but I can't. Heavenly Father please I pray to put and end to all this madness in this world, molestation of these poor innocent children, bring relief to their hearts and minds, so that they may grow up to enjoy a good clean christian life. Help the parents of these kids too. In your Son's name I pray.

Dear god i have a friend and she needs help lord she needs you bad lord she has run away lord she is staying in a bad home right now. Lord i ask you to help her parents get through the night, for i know that they are stressing badly. Lord i also need your help for i am getting nagged on about my boyfriend and i love him i want to be with him and its had to have a relationship if your parents don't approve of it i want to be with him. lord help me in the best good way you can in lords name i pray amen

Patience is something we all need more of, Lord. Sometimes we do not notice that it is your will we need to be carrying out, not our immediate reaction to things, to change things. We should pray on what you want for us Lord and have the patience to wait for it to come when the time is right. It takes a long time for that tiny seed to become a blossoming flower.
