Dear Lord Jesus, thank you so much for all that You bless us with day by day. Help us never to take these blessings for granted, but to come to you always with a grateful heart. Lord, I pray for those who are at work right now, that you will keep them safe from harm and ill-health.....and for those who are away from home right now, that you will watch over them too. i thank you for all of these amazing people - your awesome creations!!! i thank you that you love each of them individually, and that you love us all as a group!! I know i dont know most of these people, but i thank you that you do. You know them inside out, everything thats going on in thier lives and everything thats going to go on in thier lives. I pray that we would all make a little more time for you in our what think of as 'busy schedules', May we all see a new glimpse of you Lord, so that we'd just know you better than we have ever done! i thank you soo much Lord, you are amazing!! Your always around us with us in everyting we do and even though around us may seem quiet and void of you, you are always there waiting for us to turn to you. Please be my help today, and each of these days of my early pregnancy. Please give me an abundance of Your Grace, so that I will have the strength to do my job to the best of my ability, wear a cheerful face while nauseus and moody, and be a good and kind wife, and still have enough strength and energy to continue coming to meet you in daily Mass. May your good and perfect Will be done in the life of my little baby, and if it is in your Will my Lord, please let him/her see the light of day and the holy waters of baptism.

did you read matt 6:7?

matt 6:7 But when you pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking.

God hears you once ....does not take time to get there!

Matthew 7:7-8 Keep on asking and it will be given you; keep on seeking and you will find; keep on knocking [reverently] and [the door] will be opened to you. For everyone who keeps on asking receives; and he who keeps on seeking finds; and to him who keeps on knocking, [the door] will be opened.

There is not a verse that says ask one time and God will answer that I am aware of, God is an active God He says Jesus Christ the same yesterday, today and forever.
