This will likely get in me into trouble, but let's be honest: a lot of the those pearl-clutching about trans and queer people ARE the child abusers. All? Obviously not. But it doesn't take a genius to observe the pattern of the last several decades when it comes to certain high profile people who are found out to be actual abusers and degenerates. I mean people still support Matt Gaetz.

Anything that is not straight sex is about having sex with kids. It is simply unsupported by the evidence.
