One of the major problems in dealing with Church Admin. is that they will not vote themselves out of office.
In that regard they are no different to anyone else.
Just go to any Conference Session and try to change anything that the Admin. does not want changed?
Then what they want changed goes through with the greatest of ease.
I have just seen it happening.
