Control?

Anyone feel out of control here? I feel like I am having a mid life crisis a bit early and want to change loads of things around me. I just feel a bit out of control at this point in my life. I know God is working in all of this but things keep on moving and I feel like I am being left behind and like I should change things so I can regain some control in my life.

Is that silly? Anyone else feel like this?

The irony brother is that in order to attain Godly joy and peace, we need to continue the process of relinquishing control ... not regaining it.

Also, I urge you to sign in to the "Men of God" thread on a daily basis for support but more importantly, to establish a daily covenant with God despite the transgressions in our past.

Just recently I went through a period of time where I felt out of control of the situation. I'm thankful God, my family and my amazing friends here have helped me through it.

From what I gather about life, everyone feels out of control sometimes.

This is not at all silly. I've been feeling out of control for a long time now. I just try to take one day at a time and trust God through all this. Hang in there. You are not alone .
