this is a writing contest.
open to all writers.
the first ten writers to reply will be in the contest.
I will "hire" 5 more judges to asist in judging. If you want to be either, pm me, and I will put your name on this forum. The deadline to enter as a judge or writer is jan1 2007. Here are the rules.

1.The topic is Who do we admire the most?[this does not have to be the title.]
2. max words 550, min words 300
3. No plagerism
4. All cf rules apply
5. Judges will be chose by their skill, so if you want to be a judge,send a small piece of writing you have created.
6.I will send judging info to judge.
7. There will be a first, second and third winner

Nice idea. I'd like to read what everyone has to say, though I am not really for writing contests anymore. It seems odd, to me, to judge between everyone's individual, personal experiences and proclaim one as a "winner". Maybe if it's judged simply for the manner in which it is written, but I don't believe anyone's feelings should win over another's.

There I go getting philosophical again. Sorry. Though, I do think it'll be nice reading about who people admire, and why.

It is good to hear from you OK girl. For some reason I did not see the deadline listed on your post! Do we post them here or pm them to you?

There are only 28 days in February so I need a date due clarification! LOL
