It's scary. Of course they start off trying to show how it supposedly benefits someone sick because people will accept that. But things can be used for good and bad. Pretty soon it will be required, like a SS number.

Exactly! Question what it means to be human. That's what all of the transgender and non binary is leading to also. AI robots will have no gender and they will be able to choose their gender. They are preparing people's minds to accept being a non gender or choosing your gender as a part of being human so that we can accept AI as human. Then mixing our brain with AI technology will make us part robot also. Remember Revelations says the number of the beast is also the number of man. Mankind will become integrated into an "all powerful, all knowing" AI machine that controls the world, linking us and robots all to the queen bee type AI like a hive mentality but through technology.
I was just watching a documentary that told how all of our AI technology and advanced technology is reverse engineered from crashed alien crafts. I believe the so called aliens are the unholy mixture of the fallen angels mating with human women from Genesis. So this technology leading to all of this comes from them. That's why we went from low technology from the beginning of time till all of a sudden in the end of the 20th century all of these technological advances were made very quickly leading up to our 21st century tech of today. 20-something years ago people barely had internet and it was all dial up and now they are talking about mixing computers with the brain. That is crazy fast.

Anything that man can do with AI, God has the power to do, but God chose not to, and there is probably a good reason for it.

Therefore submit to the wisdom of God, accept what God has made you, rather then submit to technology that says it will make us better, or bring us abilities, or make us superhuman.

Oh wow! I didn't know someone was preaching about that in the 80's and 90's. They were spot on too, and technology was nowhere near what it is now back then in the 90s. Very interesting.

Yes - then it was said to be proven fiction but now it is reality.

Kind of late to worry about being monitored in the digital age when every keystroke online, every financial transaction, every time you pass a cam, monitored emails, devices in the home which eavesdrop or view, deleted emails that stay in the cloud forever, even your voice... all is matched up and put in a file, all while people put their life on a public billboard in social media or others do it for you without thinking. Wars used to be fought with soldiers but today to force compliance a person's assets can be shut down with a laptop by authourities, let alone hackers. Without actual physical connection to a computer, we are still connected to the digital world and the only cure is to pull the electric plug on the whole system.

Hello, I don't think it's actually worry especially for Christians about the digital age. Everyone knows the government for years kept up with people as much as they possibly could through social security and identification records or even phone taps.
Some of the elders said the government was listening through telephones in those days. And these days according to studies they do tap in on certain words - so they are listening.
Its more about mental preparation for the times ahead. Its about reading the signs of the times one is living in and understanding how close we are. It's about knowing how close we are to the mark of the beast.

What Turing points out in his defence to the ‘theological objection’ is that saying intelligence (consciousness, just for the purposes of this post) isn’t (say) just the result of neural complexity is effectively telling God what He can and can’t do. We might prefer the later options in the list above but it’s not we that decide. For all we know, God may be just waiting for us to build a robot with a big enough brain for Him to put sentience (even a soul, if you like) into!
