Confused and overwhelmed

I used to apply in workplaces where they will just hire you in a jiffy.

Now that I resigned, because after 15 days of working they said we have to wait for a couple of days for our salary, that was the last straw.

Though I got my salary after walking out, a day after, and I learned my co -workers got theirs after 5 days.

Now I am job hunting for about three weeks now. And I am just overwhelmed how you have to finish all these requirements before you can even get started only to find out after they couldn't give me any patients.

So plan B. I started putting applications online. Waiting and waiting. Going to places only to be frustrated that the position has been filled. Why don't they take out the job posts after they find someone. Waste of gas.

This is more of a rant. I am confused on what I really want to apply for, I just go ahead and apply. Overwhelmed with the requirements that you need to go through.....

I need a job.

Sorry you don't have a job, but walking out over pay, especially in these times wasn't the wisest thing you could have done.
