Since we have had a lot of strife in our congregational area lately, I would like to direct everyone's attention to the sticky thread Dealing with conflict in SDA. That thread was created over a year ago when the Adventist forum began. At that time, we were experiencing many of the same issues that have come up again recently. Though many of the people here are different now, the guidelines that Daveleau (our moderator at the time) gave are still applicable.
