I first saw this thread on another forum, and found it both helpful and interesting. Thought I'd post it here.

I think we all need someone, something to whom we can confess the things that we would normally want to keep hidden. We could use this thread, no judgments made.

I have rejected a friend in my life. I felt I had to in order to feel okay again but still I feel like he may act violently verbal to me.

This plan is counter-intuitive. How is anyone supposed to notice if you keep up a facade?

Ah, the logical type. xD I can certainly appreciate the counter-intuitive oxymoronic nature of my confession. But alas... I suppose some part of me hopes that someone of a more perceptive nature realizes something's up. (I have met people like this.) But even speaking logically, someone should be able to evaluate my personality, my life, and statistically calculate the odds that I'm struggling.

I believe that so many people do that. Can you find a friend you trust to talk about what is wrong? You can post it here too of course. Seeking a pastor or counselor would help, too.
