So I can very obviously figure out what an intrusive thought is when I have one. They come out of nowhere, they are exactly what I do NOT want to think about, and I generally try to fight them. I know you guys know that feeling!
But what about "compulsive" thoughts? Is it possible to get intentional thoughts because of the OCD? Maybe saying something you don't mean, but you say it anyways, and it appears to be on purpose? Like a sudden reaction to another thought? Or maybe a thought to make yourself feel better, and later you realize you didn't mean it or shouldn't of said it?
