Islam is a false message. Christianity is the divine revelation.

The idea of the "injil" within Islam is a myth. Mohammed disagreed with the Church on just about everything, and knew that there had existed books that the Church banned. Mohammed created the idea of the Injil as a "truth" that had been suppressed by the Church.

    No,
I believe a demon gave it to him.
They believe in a Jesus, but it's so twisted that it's not the same Jesus.

It is unlikely for people born in a religion to be able to compare apples to apples with another religion. For most religions teach that they have the truth and it is forbidden to search out others that are false....and why should they....since they already have the truth?

There's plenty wrong with the Quran. Acts 17 Apologetics on youtube does a good job illuminating.

Christianity is the only religion that doesn't have you earning your own way to heaven with your own works. The rest.. are all basically works based salvation, and at some point they'll realize they're all basically the same religion and merge.

Why do you think that the Bible and the Qur'an are similar?
The Bible teaches that Jesus is the Son of God.
The Qur'an teaches that Jesus is a prophet.

One example that shows the two books are different and cannot be compared as if they were of equal worth.

By all means read the Qur'an, but you judge what it says by what the Bible says.
The Bible is your measure of truth.

    1. Comparing the Quran to the Holy Bible is like comparing the implosion core of a thermonuclear bomb with the incarnate Word of God, Jesus Christ, who is the bread of life.
    2. Yes: they are the false revelations of evil religions that have persecuted Christians in the Middle East, who by the 12th century had exterminated most Christians in central Asia, China, Tibet, Mongolia, and North Africa outside of Egypt, and more recently ethnically cleansed nearly all Greek Orthodox from Turkey, murdered 2/3rds of the Armenian population (which has never recovered; I think there were 15 million or so before the Genocide and 6 million now), stole Armenian lands like Mount Ararat and Ngorno-Karabakh, and killed 90-95% of all Syriac Orthodox, Syriac Catholic, Assyrian and Chaldean Christians, so there are now only at most 1.5 million, and probably far fewer, of these left (the population estimate for Assyrians I think is 600,000), and more recently terrorized the West and killed many Coptic, Ethiopian, Iraqi and Syrian (Syriac, Melkite and Antiochian) Christians under the banners of Al Qaeda and the Islamic State.
    3. I believe “Jibreel” was a demonic imposter of the sort we are warned of; Muhammed, not being a Christian, was unaware that we should “test every spirit” and was not protected from demons by the Holy Spirit and the angelic host; his descriptions of the experience of being “inspired” by Jibreel make me believe he was initially possessed, and later, the “Satanic Verses” controversy which noted Persian author Salman Rushdie used as the basis for a novel, resulting in fatwas calling for his death to be widely issued, suggest Jibreel abandoned him, as demons frequently do, leaving him to make up the rest as he went along, these portions likely bearing the most similarity to Judeo-Christian scripture or what he could recall of it.

Bible doesn't lack historically Quran does such as this
We bestowed Grace aforetime on David from ourselves: “O ye Mountains! Sing ye back the Praises of Allah with him! and ye birds (also)! And We made the iron soft for him;- (Commanding), “Make thou coats of mail, balancing well the rings of chain armour, and work ye righteousness; for be sure I see (clearly) all that ye do.” (Koran 34:10-11 Yusuf Ali)
chainmail didnt exist when David was in rule or alive and obvious flaw which the bible doesn't have and the quran takes bible teachings and twist it such as trinity they completely have a falseified version of it in the Quran and that belief on it is historically inaccurate
we can't just compare religions and expect similarities the similar beliefs between us too is literally as slim as us and gnostic christians also btw injil isn't a thing thats also a error the word injil is derived from a greek word called evangelion lol which is a historical error concerning jews

and yet Muslims profess that the miracle that Mohammad performed to prove he was a prophet was writing the Qur'an..
I've never understood this aspect of Islam. They know Isa is the messiah, they know Isa is in heaven and will come back (they don't believe he died or is God in the flesh though or that his death atones for our sins, that's where they are utterly wrong), they believe the virgin birth they believe all the miracles that Jesus did.. and yet.. a guy who wrote a shoddy knock off of the bible is considered the most important Prophet?
By all considerations they should venerate Isa more than Mohammad.

    Deuteronomy 18:15
    New International Version

15 The Lord your God will raise up for you a prophet like me from among you, from your fellow Israelites. You must listen to him.

    Moses is talking about who?
Some said it is Jesus, not John the Baptist.
    Then, Jesus is a prophet.
    Agree?
