Matthew Henry Commentary is very helpful. There are several other good online commentaries for Bible study.

I have several, but the only one I regularly use is Gordon Wenham, from the Word series. It's at the top of a couple of lists. It's classified as conservative, which I find a bit odd, since it certainly doesn't assume that Moses wrote Genesis (even though one review claimed it does), and uses critical methods. It is, however a bit skeptical about the kinds of detailed source analysis that has sometimes been done, preferring to start with the final text. All of that seems fine to me.
