I am working through a teaching of the Ten New Testament Commandments of Christ. Jesus said in both the Gospel of John and 1 John, if you love me, you will keep my commandments. You conclude that if you make no effort to keep His commandments, you must not love Him. Thus you must know what His commandments are in order to keep them in order to love Jesus as He says to do.
