Note that the article says "Organically preserved". This means that organs from the soft-bodied organisms were fossilised. It does NOT mean that organic material was found.

That's ONE; Two: what do you think "organically preserved" means? That somebody put it in a bottle of formaldehyde?
Three: In TWO MINUTES I found 50 articles citing this study and many cite the FACT that original biological material was found.
Forth: Don't wast my time unless you spend a little of it yourself reading the full article. It says, "The Sabellidites organic body is preserved without permineralization. Minerals have not replicated any part of the soft tissue and the carbonaceous material of the wall is primary, preserving the original layering of the wall, its texture, and fabrics.
