College Question Thought....

Would you be ok with going to a school where you knew that everyone was 2 to 5 years younger than you? Would this deter you?

Nope, wouldn't (and didn't) bother me. Besides, by the time you graduate most people there are younger than you anyway. No sense in changing your mind over that.

Now 10-20 years I could understand some anxiety.

I would probably be okay with it, mainly because I'm a versatile person and I adapt myself well to most circumstances.

Yes. I don't enjoy being older than people, but at the same time it's not like it matters, I just go to class then go home.

I wouldn't mind... i don't think I would anyway. currently I'm 19 but everyone thinks I'm about 24 or 25...I'm thinking its the scruffy beard.

I'd be uncomfortable about it at first, but as time passed, I'd get a lil more comfortable with it and loosen up.

Yep, I'd be fine with it. I actually started college at age 15, and my peers were all 18-20 years old. It went fine, but I went to mainly focus on school and not to socialize/party. I definitely made a lot of friends, but that wasn't my main goal.

I'm going to transfer to a college when I am 22 years old. The majority of the students go to that college are there straight from high school. So 17,18 year olds will be starting the same time as me. But I will be transferring as a junior so kids that started straight from high school, and are juniors at the same time as me will be about 20....
At first it bugged me that I'm two years behind many of the students. But that no longer really bugs me. I am excited to go.

I also appreciate the fact that I don't have to live in the dorms like all freshmen are forced to do... simply because I will be a junior. It would probably make me feel younger to live in the dorms... I don't know.... I visited the school and freshmen who are two years younger than me asked me if I was a senior in highschool, so they thought I was a junior in highschool... they were shocked to learn that I am in my third year of college already.


I think I will fit in fine since people think I am younger than I am....

I think I'd be nervous at first, but if I wanted to go I would still go anyway.

if that college was saving me money or where God had directed me, i certainly could care less if they were younger.

In the least, it gives me a bit of an edge in arguments. heh.

i think it would bother me, but if i really needed to go there, i would learn to deal with it.
