Does anyone know of a Christian college, online or offline, that helps students earn degrees based at least in part on life experience, ministry experience or previous studies?

CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
College degree based on life experience?

Well, an honorary doctorate is basically a degree based upon "life experience" however I think you have to be at least semi-famous to get that one.
The purpose of University/college is to continue ones education, so to grant someone a degree based upon what they already knew BEFORE coming to college to learn doesn't seem to make much sense.
Life is a beautiful learning experience, but I don't think we should hand out degrees to people simply for living.

Most colleges will accept some military training for college credit. If you went to any type of tech school or had your technical training after basic, it's likely that you earned some credits that will be good towards a degree

some colleges will allow you to test out of some classes to save time.... you still have to pay for the class though. normally, those are gen ed classes like math or something.
