All these verses are irrelevant. I think you deliberately forget one verse which is critical.

Creation is good, intrinsically good. It belongs to God, and though it suffers under the pains of sin and death, the Christian conviction and hope is that, in Christ, God is and will make all things right.

If one were to conflate the material world with this fallen age, and refer to God's creation itself as though it were what was the problem then one has fallen into rank heresy.

Without knowing a better one, anything is good enough to any one.

Well humanity is going to have to make some major strides in science and technology before that happens. Though I expect Earth will always hold a big place in the hearts of a space faring humanity.

Is there anything wrong with what I said that the earth is cursed? Who do you think is cursing it? And do you think this cursing is anything less fantastic than His creations?

Human has done that at the first step, and you have experienced that. Do you think we have created a better world by science and technology?

If not, why would you still have any hope on science and technology?

An airplane can get you from A to B fast, it can also be used to bomb and destroy,
So, depending on how science and technology are used.

Without airplane, it only takes a longer time to travel. We still can do it.
Without the A-bomb, many of our problems would never happen.
You evaluate the pros and cons.

Yeah, like crossing the Alps is childsplay.

Or I can write a note put it into a bottle and throw it into the sea,
and hope someone finds it.

Better up,
why not send an e-mail from a laptop
powered by the sun,

You know, solar panels, fantastic stuff and fun, even if it can be breathtaking,
developing and moving forward in a positive direction.

How can we even discuss to someone who cannot acknowledge how much better our life today is compared to how people lived 10,000, 1000, or even 100 years ago?

A plain look at mortality rates, life expectancy and general affluence ought to suffice to demonstrate how far we've come. Pointing to the fact that we still have much to do in order to make this world better and less unjust can hardly distract from the fact that a LOT has happened.

Even if I believed this myth of Adam and Eve and God cursing the land, that does not take away one iota from the sacredness of God's creation as it is Created by God. Its all God's will. Even if it was cursed, because it has God's hand directly in it....it's all sacred!

You take a detail look of human history. We have never got any better. Your dream of a better human future has been DEAD for a long time.

Science and technology has absolutely made our lives better. I'm not sure how this is even a question.

I think it's a two edge sword. On one hand, there's no doubt in my mind that science and technology has made our lives better. In the same breath though, I honestly feel that because of the material consumerism aspect of technology that we are tied to, we have lost our ancestral connection to the Earth and Nature in ways that have been detrimental to our mental health as well as the health of the Earth.

Lol, such denial.

As far as the future goes, hard to say. I do think soon we'll be able to take out the nasty stuff we have inherented from evolution like unwanted suffering and whatnot. Although in the same vein corrupt governments could rewire the human brain to inflict suffering no living creature on this planet has ever remotely experienced before.

Scary stuff, when technology reaches such extremes.

All the more reason to awaken and watch.

Watch out for the signs of the coming of the Messiah and the
Messianic era.

There are signs right under our noses now,

science and technology are bursting forth,

science and technology have made it possible to communicate the widom from above like never before.

As in the days of Noah so also in the coming of the Messiah.

"In the six hundreth year in the Life of Noah,
the windows of heaven opened and all the fountains of the great depths burst forth."

It started to happen in and with Galilleo and Sir Isaac Newton,
and the industrial revolution.

That is exactly what we are witnessing now.

This World/era as we know it is only destined to exist 6,000 years.
So taught the Academy of Eliyahu.
It is now 5777.

For the One above;
Indeed, a thousand years are in Your eyes like yesterday that has passed, like a Watch of the night.

Adam was told he would die the same day he ate of the fruit, he lived 950 years, because for the One above a thousand years is as a day.

So, really what do we know?

It is going to be good.

A note to #318,
Though it is year 5777 now,
it does not mean we have to wait 223 years, at any time it will happen.

The third 2,000 years of the 6,000
could all have been the days of the Messiah.
When the powers of the World get together and talk Peace, that should be a sure sign would reckon.
