Jesus was not in the habit of blowing His horn.

HIS MOST important point and a major focus of his advent was to put an end to empty pride and vanity in man.

Humans have this weakness of raising themselves to heights that they do not occupy.
Jesus, in flesh, taught humility thus he wanted people to focus on the spiritual, not on his flesh appearance.
People have a long list of scriptures that they use to prove He is not God.
Totally irrelevant , for Jesus did not emphasise anything other than humility in that regard.

Whether you believe He is God or not.... He decides your future.
My advice is for you to read scriptures and decide for yourself.
Let the Holy Spirit guide you.

There are no elementary questions.

In this age of grace the basis of prayer is in the believer's position and privilege in Christ. Prayers are to be offered in Christ's name (John 14:14; 16:23-24). To pray to Christ would mean to abandon His mediation; it would not be praying through Him but rather to Him, thereby sacrificing the most vital feature of prayer under grace.

Prayer should be made to the Father in the name of the Son and in the power of the Holy Spirit.

In christ,
