Stone, I hate to burst your bubble, read Yehoshua chapters 3-5, Yehoshua had sent two spies before they crossed the Jordan to go and view the land, especially Jericho. Rahab helped the spies escape and they promised that she and her family would be saved when they came to destroy Jericho.
After the spies came back, Israel crossed over the Jordan on dry land and took stones from out of the middle, one stone for each of the tribes for a memorial.
So they were not circ'd until after they crossed the Jordan.Jos 5:1 It happened, when all the kings of the Amori, who were beyond the Yarden westward, and all the kings of the Kena`anim, who were by the sea, heard how that the LORD had dried up the waters of the Yarden from before the children of Yisra'el, until we were passed over, that their heart melted, neither was there spirit in them any more, because of the children of Yisra'el.
