Well I'm 26 but my parents are very strict. They won't let me drive out into the city which is an hour away and where the nearest Orthodox churches. I was thinking of going to the Nazarene Church or maybe even the Catholic Church. I'm not sure. What should I do

To my mind , while you are under your parents' roof and dependant on them , you should abide by their 'rules' .

However you should be looking into becoming more independent - perhaps getting your own accommodation

I'm trying but it's difficult. As for now is there a particular denomination that's close to Orthodoxy. Thank you for your input

I would pick the church where the people are friendly and where you can make lots of friends.

the problem is that since we are Orthodox, our starting point is Orthodoxy, not just a place to make friends (although that is important).

I would think the Catholic Church would be the closest to the Orthodox.

not in terms of theology
What church is closer? There are seven different churches in Revelation 1:4. I think all the church today are one of those seven. The Catholic and Orthodox are two different churches. I could be comfortable in most any church. But most people have a one they prefer.

"John, To the seven churches in the province of Asia: Grace and peace to you from him who is, and who was, and who is to come, and from the seven spirits before his throne,"

from the West, really none. Orthodoxy has a different approach to theology. and preference should not matter. what should matter is truth regardless of preference.

I'm wondering if you are on the autism spectrum or something like that. I'm also wondering if your parents have a Church that they have gone to.

I am certainly no expert. The risk is that if you stop going to the Orthodox Church or plug in somewhere else it will be hard to come back.

When I went to the Protestant Church years ago, mostly for convenience, it was extremely difficult to leave. Plus, I forgot a lot of the things I learned in the Orthodox Church. Good luck with your situation.

The nearest Orthodox Church in an hour away and the nearest Oriental Church is 6 hours. I do have my own car but I do not drive well. I have already got in into six accidents most of them occured last year.

I guess for now I could deepen my prayer life, engage in personal study of Orthodox teachings and scriptures, and seek guidance from experienced Orthodox priests or spiritual mentors online....... Then once I find a place a Orthodox Church then I can go regularly
