CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I would be interested to know when Driver and tubafour think that the church, the Body of Christ DID begin?
Since there was only ONE church in existance BEFORE the Body Church information was given to Paul in Acts 9...they cannot be the SAME ONE. The KINGDOM church, and the Church in the Wilderness are the only other two churches mentioned in scripture. One is past, One is future and WE, the church which is His Body are NOW.

Good for you Billy. If we go with the ONE church that simply evolved, we would be going AGAINST what scripture tells us of Gods BIG PICTURE. He created and had full authority over TWO REALMS..see Gen 1:1. Heaven AND earth. Satan came and usurped authority in both realms and has set himself up as being LIKE the most high god. The WHOLE of your Bible is the story of how God plans to RE ESTABLISH His rightful rule and reign in BOTH of the realms He created.

We have not EVOLVED from Judaism. We are NOT an extension of Judaism. We are something totally NEW and separate and God intends for us to KEEP it that way.
Thats what right division is all about.

Interesting views. Enjoyed reading them.
Has been awhile since I have engaged in theological discussions. Nice to know there is a civil place where different views are expressed and feelings are still intact.
