Church Camp

I'm wondering if your church conducts a church camp. My church is doing it's first one this weekend. And are planning for them anually. Which leads me to tell, you I will be away from the forums for afew days. The camp is at an Adventist campsite. So...What does your church do for camps????

yes every year as a matter of fact On the 3rd of November "Jahwi" ( Wisconsin Federation of Hispanic Adventist Youth ) will be having one, the sad part is it is only weekends. Costs allot of money, but well worth it.

Our conference has camp meeting every summer; it's not at an actual camping location but at an academy. Locally, our churches occasionally have weekend retreats when they go camping at a state park or a campground. Camping season is over here now, though; winter is coming.

At the church I attended when I was a teenager, the church owned a cabin on a lake, and they had socials and potlucks there during the summer. People could also rent it. My husband and I stayed there for part of our honeymoon when we got married.

I'm back. Just got back from our church camp. It was great.

well I'l be going to one next week, we will be in buildings so none will freeze their buns off

yeah we were going to use cabins, but the rats had them reserved
