I deal with chronic pain everyday.
With my Hydrocephalus aka water on the brain to my back problems and now I am having knee problems.

I just feel so broken. I just wished there was a way all my pain could go away. A pill maybe or something.
Cause right now prayer isn't working.

I'm just tired of the pain.

I just want to go to Heaven so I can be with my dog Sandy and my Great grandpa. And of course be with Jesus.

Until then, you can try medical nutrition to improve your quality of life. You haven't tried what I am talking about. Dr Wallach isn't your ordinary doctor and his nutritional protocols had worked wonders for many people. For people like you with these issues, you have to travel outside of conventional medicine.

I'm sympathetic with you because in my 60+ years I have never known a day of good health. I've taken care of myself by eating well, doing yoga exercises, and using apple-cider-vinegar (see the many videos on youtube about its use).

So be your own best friend and keep taking care of yourself.

Army Wife,I am so sorry to hear of your terrible pain. It is so destructive first to our bodies then our minds. I do not know what your pain is from but I guess you have tried all the usual doctor medications. I can only deal with fentanyl patches which give me some moderate comfort but I find are better than the opioid tablets. I also had a beautiful dog called sandy7 as she was the seventh Labrador we had called sandy. Because of my chronic pain driving constant depression when she died 2 years ago I was completely shattered and broke down. I still say a prayer for her every night and look forward to seeing her again when God calls me on. As I don't know your condition I can only say also to keep up a good diet and I found a Vit.b12 spray called Readisorb helped me with depression. It must be the methylcobalamine form of b12. It may help you cope a little.
Other than that I too feel I am just waiting to be called on to end my pain, I feel useless and despairing and I certainly have thought many times it would be best just to lie down under the sky and not get up again. But with whatever time I have left I now spend my entire day turning to Our Lord and his teachings. I have reviewed my life and asked forgiveness for any of my mistakes or failings before Our Lord. And I try to turn the pain into a way to continue to believe more deeply in life after death and that there really is a heavenly world for all good souls to be welcomed into. So I do have something productive to do and that is to better myself spiritually in the hope of actually being in the living presence of Our Lord when my soul leaves my broken body behind.What he will do with me I do not know but I trust his judgement completely.

This world is imperfect and we must try to keep our faith in the future life we can have in the presence of Our Lord. It is beyond my understanding but I do believe we are here for a purpose and that we must support each other to trust in Our Lord and God. And always remember Our Lord knows exactly what you are going through, I often cry out with tears "only you know my pain Lord,only you". We must have hope and support and pray for each other until our spirit is beyond our present temporary suffering. I will pray for especially for you after I send this that the Holy Spirit will send you a sign that you are not alone,christopher, Australia

I only recently learned of mudras exercises and can attest that they have worked for my problem with accelerated and irregular heart beats. In another website, I have now exchanged ideas with others who have also benefited from doing these mudras. They often work miraculously!

Hello Army Wife, I see you are getting some good support here Having caring supportive friends does help! I have a lot of physical pain so I can relate and some of my physical problems there is no cure for! I am either allergic to meds or they don't help but I do keep searching online for something safe that can help. Can't give up! I have been in physical pain so bad it made me scream so I really do understand but I also know we can't give up trying to find safe help I see this post is a little old so I hope by now you have found some relief

I am so sorry Army Wife, for your pain. I truly understand where you are at with this. There had been times when I had asked the Lord to take me to be home to be with former loved ones in Heaven, due to waking up and going to bed pain of various kinds. I am seeing a pain management specialist to help me with this. I will lift you up in prayer. In the meantime, I see you have been given lots of good advice. I too, have used Apple Cider Vinegar of the Bragg's kind, nutritional supplements and more. Exercising that your physician approves of is essential. I am trying Pilate's, Yoga stretching exercises and beginning aquatic water therapy. Those are good choices for those who deal with pain.

The reason why I have pain is cause I have Hydrocephalus aka water on the brain, Dandy Walker and scoliosis.

I've seen a pain management specialist and she said I need to exercise and eat right. I've done that and it doesn't work!!

Thats why I HATE doctors. Its either they can't help me or won't. I give up!
