It's that time of year again! Christmas is coming! This is my favorite time of year, even if it's also the busiest. Let's have a thread about Christmas this year! Post Christmas memories, plans, drawings, or anything else Christmas-related that you want to share. Have fun!

This will be my first Christmas as a Christian. I'll be spending it with family. We go to my grandparents for a meal

Christmas is always a special time for me. I had a great childhood with very loving parents and got great gifts so, will be remembering my family ( most who have died ) from years past. I still have a lot of my toys. It's also that time of year to get out and set up old slot cars or model rail roads and hot wheels.
Also, a past girlfriend, a gal I almost married, Dec 25 was her birthday so, have to remember that too. I'll be enjoying the season here in Arizona at the ski area on my snowboard and doing some things with my church family too. Growing up in the Phoenix area, I never had a white Christmas but, now that I live in eastern Arizona, there will be snow to play on and in!
My little town has a Christmas parade next weekend and our church will have a float. The following weekend is another activity the city puts on and my church will be a part of it. So, am looking forward to some of these things.
Another thing I have done the last dozen or so years is to attend many church services on Christmas eve. It is the only time of year one can do that with many churches having so many services, one can go to 3-5 services that day. It may sound goofy but, I love singing Christmas caroles and being with other believers, esp at Christmas and it gives me a chance to do that.
I'll be listening to so many great Christmas songs, both traditional and modern. Have not yet really gotten into the mood yet. I do not really have anyone to buy for so, it is not an expensive season for me at this time in my life.

Earlier today my Mom and sister put up some large, plastic icicle LED lights. Our neighbors also have lights up.

Every year since 2015 I've made an instrumental remix of a Christmas song using the online program Audiosauna. So far I've done Jingle Bells, We Wish You a Merry Christmas, and Silent Night. This year I'm thinking of doing Joy to the World and adding some extra stuff!
