This seems accurate because your stuck in time, and see only one dimension of someones life. It is much like seeing a catepillar spending its entire life crawling and squirming trying not to get eaten and missing the fact that in the future that catepillar is a beautiful radiant butterfly, soaring over what normally would of tooks weeks of walking, in a mere second. The life you see people live, or suffer in pain and agony is nothing in the grand scheme of things, the bible calls it a vapor and then its gone. And if your mad at God for allowing people to suffer in such cruel ways, Its not His will that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance and have eternal life. If your wondering why He doesn't help them, Give them legs, sight, and ears. their still just catepillars when you die and realize the life on the otherside of the cocoon, the memory of being a catepillar will be forgotten in light of being a butterfly, everything will be new and whole.........unless you were a nasty catepillar who despised the creator of butterflies....then its a whole different scenarioHi there, there are a few questions I like to bring to your attention. The first question has to do with God not healing amputees. God not answering our prayers the same way parents don't always give their kids what they have ask for. Perhaps a toy or a candy - that is understandable. However, what if the child just want to "hear" and "see" either because the child is death to certain extent (hearing impaired), or that the child has blur vision and therefore needed glasses. Will you as a parent deny the child's basic neccessities? Compare this analogy to God. Will God deny the child? If so, does this says more about God/parent more than the child? Is God not all loving?
My second question is, if the child lose an arm/leg due to sickness and diseases etc, not of his own fault, is that to much to ask for God to give him his arm/leg back?
Last question, there are many innocent that suffer and not of their own fault. What do you think is God's purpose to suffer innocent people so horribly as a Christian? I would like to hear your thoughts on these 3 questions and get better understanding from the Christian worldview.
I did not address this in post 10 (I hope you read).Biblically speaking, it is God's will that human be saved and not perish. Now when it come to these little one, what if the child died at an early age for whatever reason (diseases, cancer, etc), is it not God's plan to give the child a chance to accept Jesus before the child leave earth? Why wiped them off at an early age when they did nothing wrong? What's the rationality behind this? Thanks!
I did not address this in post 10 (I hope you read).
Again Death is not bad since it is the way good go to heaven and bad stop doing bad stuff.
The innocent are a different issue and really are not addressed directly in scripture. Scripture is addressing mature adults.
The innocent have not matured enough to sin, so they do not need to be saved, but are in a safe condition. The problem is they have also not had the opportunity to fulfill their earthly objective (explained in post 10). Earth is the only place where humans can fulfill their earthly object, so these children would inter heaven without Godly type Love, but would have a strong child for parent type Love.
It is truly unfortunate that everyone is not given the opportunity to obtain Godly type Love, but it has to be that way or no one would obtain that Love. This is a little complicated, but the system (the only workable method) for obtaining Godly type Love includes the possibility (and actually some would have to show that possibility by dying) that anyone and everyone can die. If you could only die after you became mature than no one would ever want or even try to become mature, for one thing.
Christians... but that's in the Bible. So God stopped healing amputee? Inconsistence here.
You are quoting Psalms 58: 3 Even from birth the wicked go astray;Hi, thank you for your patience to help me understand more about this current topic. I have one question, you said children are innocent and therefore are not to blame and when they die they get access into heaven. That's fair enough. But on the contrary, the Bible also states that a baby is a sinner in the mother's womb. So how do you deal with this problem, and which one are we to choose? Thanks for your help.
You are quoting Psalms 58: 3 Even from birth the wicked go astray;
from the womb they are wayward, spreading lies.
This is very poetic and not to be taken literally. Psalms is mostly poetry trying to emphasis in this passage how bad sinners are. How could an unborn baby spread lies?
Without having read all other responses, I give you an answer. First your question sounds like one that doubts there is a God and, therefor, your premise for asking is atheistic, whether or not you are an atheist. Your purpose appears to be to discredit God.Hi there, there are a few questions I like to bring to your attention. The first question has to do with God not healing amputees. Jesus's and John the Baptists training began before their births as their Spirits communicated their awareness of God and there was no sin in either of their hearts. Right?Prov:22:6: Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.
No, your question is misleading but nevertheless a good question. It does force us to highlight your faulty premise. We do not believe children can sin until they know the difference between good and evil. Once children understand the difference and knows to do good but does it not, from then on, the child needs a new spiritual birth. Only God knows when that time really comes and only God knows when children do not believe in God's words that are printed in each child's heart from birth. The child might be 12 or 30 when this happens. Only God knows the heart.That is probably speaking about the future when babies will grow up to be liars, but I could be wrong. it's just making a statement how babies turn out to be in general. One question: The bible says whoever believe the gospel will be saved, and whoever does not believe will be condemned. Well.... babies cannot believe. So are babies condemned? If God is all loving and merciful, He could forgive babies and they get to go to heaven. But why do WE need to believe in the gospel to be saved then? Why even need the gospel? If there is no gospel, everybody would not know Jesus, we would ALL be forgiven like babies because babies couldn't know either! But if the gospel goes out, some people will get to deny Jesus and then get condemned fior denying it. See the logic here? Might as well get rid of the gospel.
