The Bible says that if the unbelieving husband stays with the saved wife he is sanctified by the believing wife. What does that mean to you? My husband is not saved and sometimes it is really hard to be the only one in the house that is serving God. What do you do to be a witness to your husband? I try to be the best witness I can to him that he would see God's work in my life and see how His hand has been upon me. But I have to make sure I am where I need to be with the Lord. Let's get together and talk about this.

 Oh my husband is what you could say is 'not saved'! Far from it, he reckons he is though! Why? Because he is into another religion he practices and has been for over 20 year's. I am not having any of his nonsence I will just tell him like it is. And if he don't like what he hear's then that tough love! We get along really fine no probs what-so-ever but when it comes to our faith's then he is out there. We all pray for him in our church and he knows we do.

I have got him to go to church to just see how us fellow christians treat each other, I reckon if I give him good examples and show him the real way gently, and not force it then it's only a matter of time before the Lord finally welcomes him back into the flock. I mean he has total respect for my faith and my practacing, and he encourages me to study to pray and he even accompany's me to church every sunday and loves it! He has now made some friends there so it's only a matter of time!

I just leave the odd T.V. programme on about a religious service which is sweet and he can relate to... I don't know if he has clicked onto what my plans are yet.... but something is happening..... I find that if I show him good examples and situations and readings. then I can win him over and allow him to see how futile his attempts at practacing this other religion are! Little drops of water wear away the stone.

Just pray it's so powerful.

God bless.:preach:

My mum's been a Christian for 42 years, married 43 years. My dad has never believed. Not long after my mum got saved my dad gave her the option of him or the Lord. She chose the lord, he stayed though I'm happy to say. Now theres only him and my little sister holding out against the Lord. My brothers a Pastor, my mums a deacon, one sister is married to an elder and I'm a worship leader. We're all convinced he knows the truth but is just too stubborn to admit it. He often tells people about our church, how good it is, how nice we are, but unfortunately he doesn't practice what he preaches. We still trust the lord for his salvation though.
