Some Christians may not realize this, but there is great power in sharing our testimony of Jesus Christ with others. You see, sharing Jesus is not only necessary to help people to discover who He is, and what He has done and can do for them; it is also a very effective way to overcome temptation as it gets our minds off of things that we really shouldn't be thinking about...

Thank you for your thoughts on this. I just shared a testimony/story with my teenage daughter today, one that had a huge impact on me as a teenager and propelled me in my faith. It was such a powerful experience, that it brougt tears to my eyes as I told her. I just wonder if that testimony/story will stay with her and what kind of impact it may have with her in the future. I know God had me share it with her for a reason.

I agree 100%. At the church I used to go to before I went off to college right after the opening songs they would have a testimony time. People would raise their hands and say something brief that has happened recently in their lives and gives Glory to God. There were always great stories that I heard about the wonders of God
