So, give me some reccomendations.

I like Hawk Nelson and FM Static, but I would kinda like something heavier sounding.

Theres Switchfoot (Rock) and TobyMac (Sometimes Rock)

I'm sorry, but there are much better Christian punk bands than Ghoti Hook, and I don't listen to punk very much. Ghoti Hook is primarily good for comedic value.

yea, I don't really listen to much punk... but MxPx is about as good as you'll get. Flatfoot56 is good, but the guy sings in the oddest way.

The Classic Crime is very good. Possibly you might like Edison Glass, Hundred Year Storm, and The Myriad...all more emo/indie rock than punk, but worth a look nonetheless.

I realize none of them are punk...I'm giving a broader range. Some elements of the Classic Crime could be considered pop-punkish and guessing from the OP, that's whats looked for, something with a little more power than RK or FM Static, and TCC are alot like that.

Try Jump Ship Quick, They have an old straight edge sound (ie, Gorilla Biscuits, 7 Seconds, Minor Threat) with some pop punk elements. I hear Leanor (Jeff the Gurl) Ortgea Till from Five Iron Frenzy is producing their album which is supposed to come out in the fall sometime. Here is a link to their MySpace page: MySpace.com/jumpshipquick. I checked out the page, it's pretty good but the songs are old demo recordings. I am really curious how the studio tracks will sound.

Five Iron Frenzy was mostly ska but they're pretty close to punk.
