  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I'm trying to remember the name of a Christian duet from the 80s - can anyone help?

The one song I remember vividly I think was titled, "He's got my heart." It included the lyric:

Don't understand physiology
But I've learned enough to know
That flesh and blood they aren't all it takes
To give a man a healthy soul

(Then the chorus started something like this...)

He's got my heart, in the right place,
In a love embrace, for eternity...
Does this ring a bell for anyone?

Unfortunately no. The only song(s) I know of the 80's that is Christian are Cece and Bebe Winans doing "I'm Lost Without You" and Styx doing "Show Me The Way"

I love the 80's btw :D  *rock on* u could try Yahoo search engine and put in the lyrics to search-usually works for me depending on the popularity of the song
