Christian Bucks Night

Hi all,

I am getting married on Feb 16 next year and one of my groomsmen wants to organise a bucks night for me as my fiancee will be having a hens night. I gave him the list of names and he asked if I had any ideas.

I figured I would google search Christian bucks nights to find out there were 0 results. I did a search on here, to find out that nothing came up under that topic, not even just typing bucks night.

What do others do? As a Christian, I do not beleive in bucks nights with strippers and getting drunk, etc. I never had a desire to go to a strip club anyhow and never have. I see this more as a time for the guys to get together one last time before getting married.

Is anyone able to direct me to a website dedicated to this topic or a thread that talks about it? Obviously there are all the ideas of bowling, go carting, etc but when you have a few friends in the group who cannot really afford anything, what ideas are there?

Of course I could think of many ideas myself, but I would have figured that someone would have given some direction in this area on the net.

Try looking up bachelor party instead of bucks night, as bucks night is an Aussie term.

Our youth pastor went paint balling for his bucks night. (Well the paintballing part was during the day). Then they just went to a pub to hang out in the evening...

Cigars, Texas hold'em, brews, and a limo. Simple enough, yet an awesome bachelor party.

How has planning gone?
Other activities are going go-karting, going out to sea to fish, bungee jumping, or you can go camping in the bush for the night/weekend

never actually heard of the bucks /hens night terms before, i learned something new today
