I was first interested in anabaptists by the writings of Vernard Eller, who mentioned them as early "Christian Anarchists," at least originally
the principle of Christian Anarchy is basically, "Do what you believe to be right in the eyes of God no matter what, regardless of what the government has to say about it."
This is probably the least hypocritical form of rebellion I'v ever come across
