There shouldn't be overthrow of governmental institutions from what I said. Even with the involvement of those with wickedness and destruction, what believers are called to do as I was speaking about is to depart from such, meaning a community of believers maybe small might form away from such society, producing what they can in sustainable ways with what they have and what is grown there which is provision for that. The institutions of those societies staying that way are not stable, and Yahweh God would deal with them, they might collapse under coming crises, or remain and see judgment from God, not just results in the world around them from their reckless irresponsibility coming.
