I have worried if I am a Christian. I have accepted God, but never got info a consistent scheldule of reading the Bible. I feel different from the world but my relationship with God is poor. I am lazy.

CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Hi zach216, Ah Bless your heart, {lazy probally}... are you a member of a Church, have you been baptised, ??? you don't say anything about either, and you are worried IF you are a Christian if you do neither of these, I would get myself to a Church, with a Paster that preaches the whole Bible and not the nice bits, You Have to except Jesus Christ as your Lord and as your Saviour, and repent of your Sins

I have had times where I accepted God. I have been baptized and served in ministry. Just not sure if I'm truly a Christian.

Hi Zach God loves you very much. We don't have to do good works to get saved. In the bible it says If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your God raised him from the dead you will be saved. Also that to many that received him he gave the right to become children of God. If you are not sure you could say this prayer or your own words. Thank you God that you love me and that you sent your son Jesus to die on the cross for my sins please forgive me Jesus for my sins. I receive you Jesus as my saviour and Lord thank you that I am forgiven and I am your child. Remember don't go by feelings God looks at your heart. You might not feel saved but you are if you asked God. God bless you

My friend Erika has asked for prayer for her husband Michael to be saved and also for a job in childcare. Please pray for encouragement and strength for her in her marriage too. Thank you
