Sugar and anything with added sugar like bread is generally more of a bad thing for me. But other carbs like rice doesn't give me problems.

Intermittent fasting is easy for me and I do it everyday and now my mom as well.

Although it used to be hard in the first couple of weeks but eventually became easy once with adaptations.
