By the way, I strongly doubt that atheists had much if anything to do with changing the name of the event.

Yes, and your "WAR ON CHRISTMAS/EASTER" is all about percieved persecution.

People still celebrate Easter and Christmas regardless, but nevertheless, there are the paranoid few who think they are in a war with the rest of society, if the society is defined as liberals, secularists, or non-Christians.

If you think you are in a war, what do you see as the territory, and how do you think you can take over? If one can't convince people to accept your version of Christianity and politics, how else do you expect to win your war?
