a friend of mine taught me how to make chocolate truffles.

my favorite is mint/milk chocolate centers with a semi-sweet shell.

they're nice to bring to parties b/c people get all impressed, but they're a beast to make cuz you get chocolate all over yourself.

MMMmmmm... I am eating the BEST chocolate muffin!!

I was at this coffee shop, and I asked her what she had that was chocolate... and she said she had one muffin left that was just what I wanted. It had every kind of chocolate she had in it, and pecans on top. It is SOOOOOOO yummy! It has this chocolate glaze on top and the inside is just the right texture... and every bite bursts with chocolate... mmmm... plus pecans, which I love...

just thought I'd share. This is the best muffin I have ever eaten.
